    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">2018 年3 月 16 日,妻子在<span style="color: black;">离休</span>职工体检时,Ⅹ光片<span style="color: black;">发掘</span>肺部<span style="color: black;">暗影</span>,第二人民医院的何<span style="color: black;">大夫</span>非常尽责,<span style="color: black;">经过</span><span style="color: black;">咱们</span>所属的社区,<span style="color: black;">第1</span>时间<span style="color: black;">tel</span><span style="color: black;">通知</span>,<span style="color: black;">意见</span><span style="color: black;">咱们</span>去上级医院<span style="color: black;">检测</span>。3 月23日,拿到上海瑞金医院<span style="color: black;">呼气</span>内科<span style="color: black;">检测</span>的加急病理报告,确诊妻子肺腺癌,IV期。从那刻起,<span style="color: black;">咱们</span><span style="color: black;">整家</span><span style="color: black;">陪同</span>妻子走上了漫漫抗癌之路。</p>

    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">我家的早餐,<span style="color: black;">每日</span>以小米营养粥为主。前一天晚 10 点前就<span style="color: black;">起始</span>着手准备<span style="color: black;">次日</span>的早餐,锅里放入小米、白木耳、红枣、红豆、米仁、莲子及适量的水。<span style="color: black;">夜晚</span>10 点半插上慢炖锅的电源,<span style="color: black;">次日</span>早上就<span style="color: black;">成为了</span>一锅美味的百宝粥。吃完这美味百宝粥,再给妻子烧一个水煮蛋,另加豆浆一碗,豆浆是豆浆机自磨的,打磨时加点虾皮和紫菜。有时候妻子鸡蛋吃不下或感觉腻了,会把买的分离乳清蛋白粉扮到粥里<span style="color: black;">一块</span>吃。四年多来从未间断!</p>

    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">如鲜嫩的三文鱼、鳝鱼、鲈鱼、鲳鱼、甲鱼等,<span style="color: black;">各样</span>鱼类换着<span style="color: black;">花招</span>吃。肉类以鸭肉、猪肉为主,再搭配<span style="color: black;">各样</span>蔬菜,如<span style="color: black;">西红柿</span>、茄子、冬瓜、豆腐、萝卜、芦笋、西兰花、<span style="color: black;">马铃薯</span>……</p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">妻子很<span style="color: black;">爱好</span>吃鲜嫩的三文鱼烧豆腐,<span style="color: black;">因此</span>只要超市菜场有货源就买。去年我陪妻子在医院化疗,医院的营养<span style="color: black;">大夫</span>来<span style="color: black;">咱们</span>病房讲解肿瘤病人的营养支持课,其中<span style="color: black;">亦</span><span style="color: black;">说到</span><span style="color: black;">鲜嫩</span>的鱼肉很适合肿瘤病人。</p>
