margin-bottom: 20px;"><span style="color: black;">TEMU中的服装类目(图源:TEMU)</span><span style="color: black;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: black;">在他看来,个人卖家<span style="color: black;">倘若</span>做得<span style="color: black;">欠好</span>,<span style="color: black;">能够</span>随时切换赛道;但厂家只能做自己的品类。</span></strong></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">同期</span>厂里要兼顾的事多,<span style="color: black;">由于</span>自己起了要做TEMU的计划,让本来就不大的厂里又多了两个员工的成本——一个做设计,另一个专门做TEMU。</span><span style="color: black;">在刘胜强的策略里,TEMU<span style="color: black;">日前</span>只是厂里经营策略的一环,该接的单还是得接,“只靠TEMU,远远养不起厂”。</span><span style="color: black;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: black;">即便刘胜强是相对较早入局的供应商,但他<span style="color: black;">亦</span>坦言当时<span style="color: black;">亦</span>没赶上最大红利。</span></strong></span><span style="color: black;">他口中的红利,<span style="color: black;">指的是</span>备货到TEMU国内仓的运费。2022年12月之前,商家发往TEMU国内仓的运费是平台给付的,但12月之后,TEMU就将规则改为商家自己承担,刘胜强与这个红利擦肩而过。</span><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">专题</span>转到利润,刘胜强的观点却和别的商家<span style="color: black;">区别</span>,“<span style="color: black;">无</span><span style="color: black;">尤其</span>低”是他的答案。“连利润<span style="color: black;">那样</span>低的shein二手单<span style="color: black;">咱们</span>都做过了,TEMU算是<span style="color: black;">能够</span>的了”。</span><span style="color: black;">他当初尝试TEMU,<span style="color: black;">无</span>宏图大志,<span style="color: black;">亦</span>并非追求风口,而是省事。</span><span style="color: black;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: black;">卷,服装不管在哪个平台里,这个字来形容都不为过。</span></strong></span><span style="color: black;">在服装这个链条中,不管是销往何处,加工厂都在产业链利益分配的最底层。对当时的刘胜强而言,在哪都是做,TEMU<span style="color: black;">不消</span>自己运营,只要<span style="color: black;">保证</span><span style="color: black;">即时</span>供应,怎么都不亏。</span><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">然则</span>,不到半年,他被迫从“佛系”中走出,<span style="color: black;">由于</span>对他而言,TEMU比SHEIN难太多了,前者他是做生意;后者,他只是做执行。他接的SHEIN单,<span style="color: black;">因为</span>不是一手单,不需要顾虑设计和拍照,<span style="color: black;">需求</span>的只是时效和质量。<span style="color: black;">然则</span>在TEMU中,他要承担所有<span style="color: black;">危害</span>。</span><span style="color: black;">在出货前,<span style="color: black;">倘若</span><span style="color: black;">无</span>把控好质量,退件会分批寄回,分批退回之前是到付运费,<span style="color: black;">此刻</span>是直接扣,虽然走<span style="color: black;">机构</span>账,但刘胜强是真的肉疼。在出货后,欧美尺码的<span style="color: black;">区别</span><span style="color: black;">引起</span>高退货率,有时还会给自己带来罚单。</span><span style="color: black;">“劣币驱逐良币”在TEMU更严重。服装只要一有同款,平台会主动降价,当然他<span style="color: black;">亦</span>能用更低的成本做出来,但<span style="color: black;">由于</span>质量<span style="color: black;">区别</span>,又容易被罚款。<span style="color: black;">大众</span>都拿shein和temu对比,<span style="color: black;">然则</span>他觉得,shein和temu完全是两码事——在SHEIN的体系里,<span style="color: black;">提高</span>效率降低损耗是重点;但在TEMU里,低价才是王道。</span><span style="color: black;">“SHEIN是有条框的,你只要在条框内,干不了多差;但在TEMU里,我到<span style="color: black;">此刻</span>还没摸出个门道”,刘胜强叹了一口气。</span>
