    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;">链条传动<span style="color: black;">拥有</span>结构简单、<span style="color: black;">守护</span>方便、经济等优点。不足之处,润滑<span style="color: black;">要求</span>差,受悬挂<span style="color: black;">安装</span>等<span style="color: black;">原因</span>影响,使链条松驰、主、从动链轮磨损加剧,噪声大,<span style="color: black;">运用</span>寿命缩短。</span></p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">主动链轮。主动链轮的齿数对<span style="color: black;">传动的<span style="color: black;">安稳</span>性和链条的<span style="color: black;">运用</span>寿命影响很大。在传动链条节距不变时,增大主动链轮齿数能<span style="color: black;">增多</span>传递功率。但主动链轮齿数<span style="color: black;">太多</span>、直径过大,从动链轮齿数不变或<span style="color: black;">增多</span>从动齿轮的齿数,会<span style="color: black;">显现</span>爬坡度下降、爬坡无力、动力性不足、链条跳齿和掉链等现象,影响链条传动的<span style="color: black;">安稳</span>性。</span></p>

    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">用手指拨动链条,链条上下移<span style="color: black;">动距离应保持在10~20 mm的范围内,否则应进行<span style="color: black;">调节</span>。</span></p>

    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;">调节</span>链条的松紧度,后制动会<span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">出现</span>变化。应<span style="color: black;">检测</span>、调整后制动踏板的自由行程(20~30 mm)。链条应保持良好的润滑以减少磨损。<span style="color: black;">实质</span>上链条的润滑是非常困难的,链条上加入润滑脂,链条受热后润滑脂就会飞溅出去,时间一长链条得不到润滑。<span style="color: black;">必须</span><span style="color: black;">定时</span>给链条润滑,<span style="color: black;">通常</span><span style="color: black;">状况</span>下每行驶800 km注润滑油一次,即在链节的滚柱中涂适量规格为15 W-50机油或加注专用链条润滑油。</span></p>

    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">故障<span style="color: black;">原由</span>。链条传动<span style="color: black;">安装</span>磨<span style="color: black;">损、后悬挂<span style="color: black;">安装</span>损坏、缓冲壳体橡</span><span style="color: black;">胶块损坏;缓冲壳体轴承、后轮毂</span><span style="color: black;">轴承,因润滑不良损坏;后摇臂轴套损坏、轴轴套生锈、轴与轴套之间<span style="color: black;">反常</span>磨损等。</span></p>

    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">通常</span>后摇臂轴与轴套之间正常<span style="color: black;">协同</span>间隙在0.2~0.3mm。摇臂轴与缓冲套之间磨损量超过正常<span style="color: black;">协同</span>间隙时需拆卸检修。</span></p>

    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">轴套与摇臂轴孔之间的<span style="color: black;">协同</span>间<span style="color: black;">隙0.02~0.05 mm、摇臂轴与摇臂轴套之间的<span style="color: black;">协同</span>间隙0.2~0.3 mm。安装摇臂衬套、摇臂轴之前,应在摇臂衬套孔、轴套外圆以及摇臂轴表面涂适量的润滑脂。</span></p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;">检测</span>缓冲壳体和后轮辋轴承,<span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">即时</span>更换轴承润滑脂或轴承。防止轴承因润滑不良损坏。用木榔头轻轻敲打涂有润滑脂的后轮轴,使轴缓慢向前移动。当轴头移动到与后制动盘轴孔持平时,安装后轮轴套。</span></p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">主动链轮齿牙的数量较从动链<span style="color: black;">轮少,主动链轮转速高容易磨损。主动链轮损坏可单独更换1-2。主、从动链轮严重磨损,应成套更换(主、从动链轮和链条)。否则,链条与链轮之间因啮合不良<span style="color: black;">显现</span>“咬齿”、掉链、链条链轮<span style="color: black;">反常</span>磨损、运转噪声大等故障。</span><span style="color: black;">主动链轮的拆卸。变速器置1</span><span style="color: black;">档位置,拧掉主动链轮固定螺钉。</span></p>

    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">取下后轮,将从动链轮装进缓<span style="color: black;">冲壳体,拧掉从动链轮固定螺母,取出从动链轮;将从动链轮<span style="color: black;">安置</span>在缓冲体上,<span style="color: black;">经过</span>缓冲体与链轮螺孔,将从动链轮固定螺钉穿入后带上螺母,以对角线交叉方向式拧紧从动链轮固定螺母(见图14),扣好螺母防松锁片。更换后传动链条。将链条的一端套在从动链轮上(见图15),向前方向移动链条的另一端经过主动链轮(见图16),向后方向移动链条,直至与从动链轮另一端链条相遇,安装链接头。<span style="color: black;">经过</span>链接头使链条<span style="color: black;">作为</span>环状。链接头卡簧开口的方向<span style="color: black;">不可</span>装错(卡簧开口应与链条运动方向相反)。</span></p>
