<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: black;">ROI:</span></strong><span style="color: black;">Return Of Investment 的简<span style="color: black;">叫作</span>。<span style="color: black;">通常</span>而言 of 这个词是应该小写的,<span style="color: black;">因此</span> ROI 似乎应该是 RoI,<span style="color: black;">不外</span><span style="color: black;">大众</span>都约定俗<span style="color: black;">成为了</span>,不必较真。ROI 是典型的追求效果类的营销的关键指标。在中国,这个值<span style="color: black;">通常</span>指的是,我花了多少钱推广费,直接产生了多少的<span style="color: black;">营销</span>。<span style="color: black;">例如</span>花了 1 万元做 SEM 推广,直接卖了 3 万元的货。ROI 会被认为做到了 3(即 3:1)。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: black;">Dimension:</span></strong><span style="color: black;">维度。维度是对一指一个事物的<span style="color: black;">区别</span>的方面、特征<span style="color: black;">或</span>属性。这么说太抽象。简单说,人<span style="color: black;">能够</span>分成男人和<span style="color: black;">女性</span>,性别<span style="color: black;">便是</span>人的一种维度。<span style="color: black;">或</span>汽车<span style="color: black;">能够</span>分为白色、黑色、红色等,颜色<span style="color: black;">便是</span>汽车的一种维度。维度是最基本的数据结构,任何一个度量(指标)必须要依<span style="color: black;">附着</span>一个<span style="color: black;">详细</span>的维度才有<span style="color: black;">道理</span>。<span style="color: black;">例如</span>说,我说 visit=100,这<span style="color: black;">无</span>任何<span style="color: black;">道理</span>。我说搜索引擎给我的网站带来的 visit=100,就有了<span style="color: black;">道理</span>。搜索引擎流量<span style="color: black;">便是</span>维度(即流量<span style="color: black;">源自</span>)的<span style="color: black;">详细</span>的值(就如同男人是性别这个维度的<span style="color: black;">详细</span>的值)。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: black;">Metric</span></strong><span style="color: black;">(常用作复数,即 Metrics):<span style="color: black;">一般</span>翻译为度量<span style="color: black;">或</span>指标,但是<span style="color: black;">由于</span>指标含义更宽泛,例如 KPI <span style="color: black;">或</span> benchmark 都可能被<span style="color: black;">叫作</span>为指标,<span style="color: black;">因此</span>在我的培训中metrics 都是用度量来<span style="color: black;">暗示</span>,<span style="color: black;">这般</span>更严谨。度量绝大<span style="color: black;">都数</span>都能用数字<span style="color: black;">暗示</span>,<span style="color: black;">例如</span>汽车的速度,速度<span style="color: black;">便是</span>度量。课程中<span style="color: black;">触及</span>到的度量分为两类,一类是计数度量(<span style="color: black;">例如</span><span style="color: black;">平常</span>的 PV、UV、访次、停留时间等)和复合度量(两个度量四则运算而成,<span style="color: black;">平常</span>的有转化率、跳出率、留存率、活跃率等)。<span style="color: black;">另一</span>有些度量<span style="color: black;">运用</span>布尔量<span style="color: black;">暗示</span>,即是或非。度量必须依<span style="color: black;">附着</span>维度才有<span style="color: black;">道理</span>。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: black;">Unique:</span></strong><span style="color: black;">Unique <span style="color: black;">指的是</span>排重(排除重复)。Unique 很少单独用,常用在计数类度量的前面,<span style="color: black;">例如</span> unique visitor,指排除对同一个<span style="color: black;">拜访</span>者重复计数之后的<span style="color: black;">拜访</span>者数量——同一个人今天到网站一次,明天又来一次,<span style="color: black;">不可</span>就<span style="color: black;">因此呢</span>变成两个人,unique visitor 仍然是 1。Unique visitor <span style="color: black;">一般</span><span style="color: black;">能够</span>简化为 visitor,两个<span style="color: black;">能够</span>通用。Unique visitor 和 unique user 是<span style="color: black;">独一</span>的两个<span style="color: black;">能够</span>加不加 unique 都算 unique 的度量。另一个例子是 unique impression,即同一个人多次看同一个<span style="color: black;">宣传</span>,还是计算为 1 次。Unique impression 和 impression 是两个<span style="color: black;">区别</span>的度量,<span style="color: black;">由于</span>后者不排重。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: black;">Pattern:</span></strong><span style="color: black;">指某种会重复<span style="color: black;">显现</span>的模式或规律。Pattern 常常用于<span style="color: black;">发掘</span>用户<span style="color: black;">行径</span>上的某些趋同特征。<span style="color: black;">例如</span>,<span style="color: black;">咱们</span><span style="color: black;">发掘</span>用户都<span style="color: black;">爱好</span>在<span style="color: black;">夜晚</span> 10 点到 11 点打开某个 app 应用,这<span style="color: black;">便是</span>一种 pattern。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: black;">Random:</span></strong><span style="color: black;">随机数,<span style="color: black;">或</span>随机性。<span style="color: black;">然则</span>老外们<span style="color: black;">亦</span>用它来形容「混沌」之类的意思。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: black;">Cohort:</span></strong><span style="color: black;">很难翻译,<span style="color: black;">亦</span>很难形容,我暂且把它翻译成「队列」。跟 Segmentation 有点类似,但内涵要多一点,多点排队的意思。Cohort <span style="color: black;">通常</span>是一种分析<span style="color: black;">办法</span>,<span style="color: black;">因此</span><span style="color: black;">通常</span>不单独出来,而是跟 analysis 在<span style="color: black;">一块</span>,即 cohort analysis。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: black;">Filter:</span></strong><span style="color: black;">过滤。过滤<span style="color: black;">指的是</span>摒弃掉不需要的数据,只留下需要的。过滤都需要遵循<span style="color: black;">必定</span>的规则(这是废话),<span style="color: black;">况且</span>过滤掉的数据<span style="color: black;">常常</span><span style="color: black;">不可</span>找回。过滤是一种常用的定位某个细分<span style="color: black;">行业</span>的<span style="color: black;">办法</span>,与细分(segmentation)的区别在于,segmentation 是把总体分成并列的若干块(segment),而 Filter 则只<span style="color: black;">保存</span>符合规则的块,而丢弃其他不符合规则的块。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: black;">Cookie:</span></strong><span style="color: black;">Cookie 并<span style="color: black;">无</span>真正的中文翻译,cookie 是在你浏览网页的时候,网站服务器放在你电脑(或移动设备)的浏览器里面的一个小小的 TXT 文件。这个文件里面存储了一个标识你这个人的匿名的 ID,以及<span style="color: black;">有些</span>与你<span style="color: black;">拜访</span>的这个网站<span style="color: black;">相关</span>的<span style="color: black;">有些</span>东西,<span style="color: black;">这般</span>当你下一次<span style="color: black;">拜访</span>这个网站的时候,cookie 就会<span style="color: black;">晓得</span>你又来了,并且记住你上次<span style="color: black;">拜访</span>时候的<span style="color: black;">有些</span>状态<span style="color: black;">或</span>设置。Cookie 以及与 cookie类似的东西是互联网营销的最重要技术之一,几乎所有识别人和标记人的工作都需要 cookie 及类 cookie 技术完成。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: black;">Attribution:</span></strong><span style="color: black;">归因。<span style="color: black;">然则</span><span style="color: black;">实质</span>上这个词被翻译成「归属」更好。归因<span style="color: black;">指的是</span>在多种<span style="color: black;">原因</span><span style="color: black;">一起</span>(或先后)<span style="color: black;">功效</span><span style="color: black;">导致</span>的某一个结果时,<span style="color: black;">各样</span><span style="color: black;">原因</span>应该占有<span style="color: black;">导致</span>该结果的多大的<span style="color: black;">功效</span>,即「功劳应该<span style="color: black;">怎样</span>分配以及归属于谁」。为<span style="color: black;">处理</span>归因的问题而<span style="color: black;">创立</span>的模型被<span style="color: black;">叫作</span>为归因模型,即 attribution modeling。但我<span style="color: black;">始终</span>可惜这个词<span style="color: black;">无</span>翻译好,翻译成归属模型或许<span style="color: black;">更易</span>理解。</span></p>
