    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">  第二十七条 AB双方解除劳动合同,必须按国家<span style="color: black;">相关</span>法律、法规及A方依法制定的<span style="color: black;">关联</span>制度执行。</span></span></p>

    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">  2、经营信息:经营信息的范围<span style="color: black;">包含</span>但不仅限于甲方的客户名单、营销计划、采购资料、定价政策、不公开的财务资料、进货<span style="color: black;">途径</span>、产销策略、投招标中的标底及表率内容等。</span></span></p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;"><span style="color: black;">  3、甲方<span style="color: black;">按照</span>法律规定或<span style="color: black;">相关</span>协议的约定,对外承担保密义务的事项。</span></span></p>
