本涂层属阳离子聚合物，拥有吸墨、离型、除静电等3大功能。重点应用于数码白墨转移印花行业，适用于PET膜/高密度纸（已做防水处理）等基材涂布，可选择网辊、微凹、凹版等多种设备工艺。用本涂层生产的转印膜吸墨（定墨）效果好、得色鲜艳、表面干爽抖粉干净；转印后涂层还会保存在基膜上，不会被转移到图案表面从而影响图案手感和弹性等坏处端（这是与传统要打离型底的最大区别）；离型性能能够实现秒撕、热撕、温撕、冷撕等多种操作需要。

2．转印后涂层还会保存在膜上，不会被转移到图案表面从而影响图案手感和弹性等坏处端（这是与传统要打离型底的最大区别），同等要求下打印出来的图案转印后会比传统膜柔软30~50%，色饱和度高与丝网专色印刷接近。
3．干涂量达到4~5克/平方米时100%墨量随便打，不聚墨不流墨；打印出来的图案不反油，无水边。

用法：
1. 设备选取：薄膜收/放卷经过的引导辊越少越好，避免涂层刮花脱落。
2. 网目选取：微凹涂布工艺，140~160目斜纹状陶瓷辊（涂1遍）；网纹辊涂布工艺，蜂窝状250~280目陶瓷辊（涂2遍）。陶瓷刮刀。
3. 烘干温度：抛物线式调温度，中间必须有1个温区为140~150度，其它温区不要超过130度（涂层树脂解封温度为128度，倘若烘烤温度不足会引起树脂解封不完全，涂层与基膜的附着力不足；烘烤温度过高过长期会引起吸墨能力下降）。
4. 车速：烘箱长度28米以上的设备，顺向涂两遍的工艺为60~70米/分钟，微凹逆涂1遍工艺为40~45米/分钟。
5. 最佳上浆量为：干涂量为4~5克/平方米（小于4克/平方米时吸墨量会下降)。
6. 运用前低速分散搅拌2~3分钟（久置可能有沉淀现象，搅拌后不影响运用）。
7. 生产大货时，每7~8小时清一次料槽，并将余料用150目过滤后用胶桶单独存放，按旧料1份新料4份的比例混合一块搅拌均匀运用。
8. 可用15%以内纯净水调节粘度,用原液生产出来的制品质量最佳。
