    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;">博客</span>小店的服务规范还<span style="color: black;">无</span>完全<span style="color: black;">创立</span>,宣传还没到位(问了两个有在<span style="color: black;">博客</span>引流的淘宝卖家,居然对<span style="color: black;">博客</span>小店一无所知),<span style="color: black;">已然</span>把一部分博主、用户的<span style="color: black;">自信心</span>吓没了。短期内的运作效果我猜是不及预期。<span style="color: black;">那样</span>,<span style="color: black;">怎样</span>破局呢?提几条个人观点:</p>
    <h2 style="color: black; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 10px;">1. 平台<span style="color: black;">能够</span>抽佣,<span style="color: black;">然则</span>需要适度降低抽佣比例</h2>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;">这儿</span>说的抽佣比例<span style="color: black;">重点</span><span style="color: black;">重点</span>分两块:</p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: black;">一起</span>是平台固定抽佣6%</strong>,说实话有点高,虽然抖音<span style="color: black;">亦</span>是这个价,但人家有自建电商系统,短视频的电商变现效率<span style="color: black;">亦</span>不是<span style="color: black;">博客</span>能比的。加上<span style="color: black;">博客</span>和阿里利益<span style="color: black;">绑缚</span>的关系,能让阿里少收一点是一点。<span style="color: black;">否则</span>,拿什么吸引金主呢?</p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><strong style="color: blue;">另<span style="color: black;">一起</span>是商品总的收佣比例</strong>,<span style="color: black;">按照</span>传言,猪猪<span style="color: black;">女子</span>们最爱团的<span style="color: black;">打扮</span>品、服饰的佣金比例到在10%以上,<span style="color: black;">乃至</span>高达15%。<strong style="color: blue;">这个比例<span style="color: black;">倘若</span>属实,<span style="color: black;">虽然说</span>博主拿到了丰厚的<span style="color: black;">报答</span>,但用户用脚投票先溜为敬,几乎是没跑的。</strong><span style="color: black;">博客</span>团购本来就走量、强调性价比,电商平台<span style="color: black;">亦</span>并非只此一家,把用户惹急了担心人财两空。</p><img src="https://p3-sign.toutiaoimg.com/pgc-image/RwlURVd46G5SdE~noop.image?_iz=58558&amp;from=article.pc_detail&amp;lk3s=953192f4&amp;x-expires=1730005916&amp;x-signature=%2F1x7m2mHLVIh%2FZpmd1mSHTN84HE%3D" style="width: 50%; margin-bottom: 20px;">

    <h2 style="color: black; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 10px;">2. 平台抽佣比例和博主带货量挂钩</h2>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;">日前</span>的返佣规则太僵化:平台抽6%,商品按品类收对应比例,比例订死了,博主带的货越多,上交的利益越多,这其实并<span style="color: black;">有害</span>于激励博主。<strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: black;">倘若</span>能把平台对博主的抽佣比例和博主的带货量挂钩起来,搞一套类似返点激励,博主会更有动力留下,更有动力带货。</strong></p>
    <h2 style="color: black; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 10px;">3. <span style="color: black;">博客</span>小店<span style="color: black;">明显</span>服务价值,起码打平博主的潜在损失</h2>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">破局的关键在于留住在电商团购中充当意见领袖的带货博主们,<span style="color: black;">乃至</span>吸引来新的意见领袖入驻平台。</p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">从利益的<span style="color: black;">方向</span>,<span style="color: black;">仅有</span><span style="color: black;">博客</span>小店<span style="color: black;">供给</span>的服务价值<span style="color: black;">能够</span>cover掉潜在损失,起码打平,博主才有动力留下。能想到以下几点:<span style="color: black;">保证</span>正品、切实<span style="color: black;">加强</span>推广效率、加强平台监管。<span style="color: black;">这儿</span>不做展开。</p>
    <h1 style="color: black; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 10px;">06 写在最后</h1>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;">博客</span><span style="color: black;">经过</span>小店尝试打通社交、电商、直播,算是顺势而为。真正的问题不是问题太多,而是<span style="color: black;">起始</span>得有点晚了。</p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">至于<span style="color: black;">博客</span>小店<span style="color: black;">最后</span>能给带回多少活力,能<span style="color: black;">不可</span>带着<span style="color: black;">博客</span>突破重围,还需要一点时间来验证。</p>
