近期做菜的有些心得,献给公众

<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">2.混搭<span style="color: black;">一块</span>炒,<span style="color: black;">必定</span>要把<span style="color: black;">很难</span>煮的先煮,后面放的菜,要<span style="color: black;">按照</span>先放的菜的熟度跟后放的菜需要煮的时间,来决定什么时候放下去<span style="color: black;">一块</span>炒。有时候,后面放的菜需要先炒一下,捞出来备用。</p>
<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">3.洗菜,切菜<span style="color: black;">亦</span>很讲究,洗菜最好几条几条地洗,<span style="color: black;">不易</span>洗烂,<span style="color: black;">这般</span>洗出来的菜<span style="color: black;">口味</span>才好。切菜要看菜的易熟度和怎么煮等来确定怎么切,<span style="color: black;">不易</span>入味的菜最好斜着切片或切条。</p>
<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">4.需要油炒的菜,一<span style="color: black;">起始</span>先多翻炒一会,目的是把油炒均匀,后面不容易粘锅。炒的时候,翻锅太勤可能<span style="color: black;">引起</span>菜的火候<span style="color: black;">不足</span>。</p>

<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">6.不是<span style="color: black;">每一个</span>菜的火候都<span style="color: black;">同样</span>,<span style="color: black;">亦</span>不是火越大越好吃,有的菜只适合小火煮。<span style="color: black;">通常</span>前面火候够了之后,再炖入味<span style="color: black;">就可</span>。</p>
<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">7.菜一但被炒的太过了,菜的原味容易跑掉,最好炒出香味<span style="color: black;">就可</span>放料小煮或立即出锅。<span style="color: black;">不外</span><span style="color: black;">倘若</span>煮的不入味,<span style="color: black;">亦</span><span style="color: black;">欠好</span>吃。火力,时间等等都要<span style="color: black;">掌控</span>好。放料或暂时做其他事的时候,最好关小火,<span style="color: black;">否则</span>容易<span style="color: black;">导致</span>煮烂或煮焦。</p>
<p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">8.炸的菜<span style="color: black;">通常</span>要炸两遍,<span style="color: black;">第1</span>遍<span style="color: black;">重视</span>火候,<span style="color: black;">所有</span>炸完,<span style="color: black;">起始</span>第二遍小火炸一会,<span style="color: black;">这般</span>炸更脆口。</p>
