初中生1星期早餐记录,妈妈换着花招安排,中式西式混搭,营养健康

    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">我家的中学生<span style="color: black;">日前</span>才初一,这几天都在准备下周的期末考试,高考有点远,还是先期待这学期的期末考试有进步吧,不要辜负老母亲<span style="color: black;">每日</span>换着<span style="color: black;">花招</span>安排的早餐。</p>
    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;">不外</span>,学习好<span style="color: black;">欠好</span>,早饭都是要认真吃的,学习我是帮不了什么忙,只能做好餐饮<span style="color: black;">保证</span>了,<span style="color: black;">期盼</span><span style="color: black;">孩儿</span>能有个好身体,用更好的状态面对学习和生活。</p>

    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;">入了一箱毛巾卷面包,保质期短,一时半会又吃不完,冷冻了几个,提前取出来解冻,早上在空气炸锅里加热一下,恢复松软的<span style="color: black;">口味</span>,当主食方便。</p>

    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;">鸡蛋灌饼的饼胚是现成的,<span style="color: black;">亦</span>是我家冰箱里常备的半成品,平底锅加热,喷少油,把鸡蛋灌饼饼胚放进去,一面煎黄,翻另一面,饼胚受热后会鼓起一个大包,用筷子扎个小洞,把拌好的鸡蛋液灌进去,煎熟后饼面刷上<span style="color: black;">爱好</span>的酱,放生菜,再放煎好的鸡排和胡萝卜条、黄瓜条等,卷起来,对半切开,这一份就营养足足了。</span></p>

    <p style="font-size: 16px; color: black; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 15px;"><span style="color: black;">奶香玉米豆浆<span style="color: black;">亦</span>是我家常做的,配料参考:枸杞7g、黄豆35g、甜玉米粒120g、燕麦片10g,加水到1000ml刻度线,豆浆功能制作,做好后倒入一盒200ml的牛奶,搅拌均匀。能出4-5杯,适合<span style="color: black;">整家</span>饮用。</span></p>
