只要您是持有这六类身份证件的境外自然人，就能够全程网上办理在京企业设立业务啦！

倘若您持有“外国人永久居留身份证”“港澳居民来往内地通行证”“台湾居民来往大陆通行证”这三种中任意一种证件，就可运用“北京企业服务e窗通”微X小程序、“北京企业登记e窗通”APP或网页端，经过人脸识别，或向您已经过实名认证的银行卡所绑定的手机号发送动态码的方式实现身份认证。
倘若您无以上三种证件，亦不消担心。持有“外国(地区)护照”“港澳居民居住证”或“台湾居民居住证”的外国个人，亦能够经过以上银行卡方式实现身份认证。
经过身份认证后，只需在电脑上登录“北京企业服务e窗通平台”，选取“个人服务”，就能够足不出户，全程网上办结企业设立的所有事项了。

If you are an individual from outside the Chinese mainland, you can now set up businesses in Beijing entirely online, as long as you have these six types of ID documents.

If you hold any of these three documents of "Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card", "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents" and "Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Resident", you can use the "Beijing Enterprise Service E-Window" APP, website or wechat mini program, through face recognition, or by sending dynamic code to the mobile phone number bound to your real-name verified bank card to pass the real-name authentication.
If you don’t have those three documents, there is no need to worry, either. Holding "Passport of foreign country (region)", "Residence permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents" or "for Taiwan Resident" can also pass the authentication through bank card method just mentioned.
Once you pass the authentication, just log in to the "E-window platform" on PC, choose "Personal service", and you can complete all the procedures for business setting up without going out.
