举荐新品目录的研发

主题:New catalogue 2022 from XXX company

邮件思路:提醒+制品特殊描述+吸引客户的钩子

Dear Jack

Attached please find the latest catalogue from XXX company for your review.

Pls kindly note that more different material matching in new catalogue to fit customers’ more choice.

The quotation and samples would be available once any one of items interested by you.

Looking forward to your earlier feedback.

举荐新品的研发

新品研发信,重点包括以下4个方面:

A, 提醒客户查看新品

B, 介绍新品特殊(外观设计、特殊工艺、价廉物美、详细性能、功率强大、能处理客户面临的某些问题等等)

倘若在某个市场有营销成功的案例,能够分享,刺激客户感兴趣。

C,样品是不是免费,样品供应完成时间,批量订单完成时间;

D,保存钩子,吸引客户回复,例如机构愿意供给报价,免费样品、以及某些免费服务协同等。

范例:

Re:new development of TV stand and table from XXX company

此主题更适合老客户,倘若针对新客户,咱们能够采用其他更有吸引力的主题。

例如,以下这种明显价值感的主题

收到客户新采购的第1封邮件,咱们怎样回复能让这位新采购更易认识咱们同期又能更快拉近彼此之间的距离呢?

例如,我曾收到如下一封客户方新采购的联系邮件:

Hello,

Firstly I would like to introduce myself, My name is Holly and I am the new Buyer for Kids Furniture at ABC stores.

I have a bac公斤round in Homewares buying in the UK and have worked for Tesco, M&S and most recently as a Buyer for F and B (UK Furniture retailer).

Kids furniture is a new area for me... so I am excited to learn as much as possible from you (I hope)!

Please feel free to contact me, I look forward to meeting you in due course and to developing relationships going forward.

从这位采购的自我介绍信中能够看出,她之前在英国的几家大型零售企业做过一样的工作。

对客户领导高层变更的回复

前段时间,咱们收到客户AAA关于机构内部人事调动的通告

A品牌的原采购部老大V,调任到客户集团内的B品牌当Chief Commercial Officer,而V原来的职位将由J来担任。

这封邮件是客户机构核心高层发过来的,直接发到了机构老板的邮箱。

针对这种状况下下的邮件回复,咱们应该谨慎且庄重。

倘若老板懂外贸,他会直接回复。

非常多机构老板并不懂英语,这封邮件就只能由业务员代劳。

在邮件末尾,咱们显示自己是表率机构高层,以表示机构对客户的尊重。

邮件内容,重点包括4点:感谢、恭喜,欢迎、愿景。

感谢,是表达对发件人通告的感谢!

恭喜,是表达对原来领导的升迁恭贺,

欢迎,是表达很乐意与新领导共事合作,

愿景,是表达对与新领导合作的将来期望。

Noted with thanks for the leadership Announcement from AAA 。

We are pleased to know V will be moving to B  as the Chief Commercial Officer.Congratulations!
